That’s why Aotai provides comprehensive customer training and instruction on equipment care – helping our customers and equipment operators get the most out of their welding equipment. But the support from our team doesn’t end when our trainers leave our facility. Our experienced customer support team is available to answer a variety of follow up questions, and our technicians are also available for ongoing training and support, either onsite or via telephone.
If your hardware breaks down, you can rest assured that downtime will be kept to a minimum. At Aotai, our team of Workshop and Field Engineers are experienced in the repair of a wide range of hardware. With our spare parts barcode system in place it ensures a consistent stock is always kept in supply and we can ensure quick delivery to our customers. Once the repair part inventory item has a barcode label, it can then be quickly scanned for its next location and easily monitored with barcode software.
