On September 19, the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition of the People's Republic of China, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and organized by the Henan Provincial People's Government, grandly kicked off at the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone Zhongyuan International Exhibition Center. This year’s competition featured 106 events, divided into two main categories: World Skills Selection and National Skills Selection. A total of 35 delegations from provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and departments such as transportation, machinery, and light industry participated, with 3,420 competitors and 3,275 judges.

The National Vocational Skills Competition of the People’s Republic of China, approved by the State Council and organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, is the highest-level, largest-scale, and most influential national competition with the widest range of events. After rigorous selection, Aotai was once again chosen as the equipment and facility support provider for the welding events in this year's competition, following its role as the equipment sponsor in the 2nd National Skills Competition in Tianjin, and supporting the World Skills selection events.

Aotai provided its self-developed, fully digital, networked, and intelligent welding equipment MAG-350Pro Plus and WSME-400Plus for the welding events in this year's competition. Additionally, Qingdao Lobo Company supplied the competition with fume extraction equipment.

The AMIG-350Pro Plus power system operates with nanosecond-level calculation time, achieving precise control of the welding process. The system also features ultra-high dynamic response speed and exceptional welding performance. With a rich database of welding processes and materials, it supports customized development. The open programmable platform allows users to design and develop according to their specific needs. Equipped with 4G/5G/WiFi modules, the system can exchange data with the group control system via mobile networks, enabling remote program updates.

The ATIG-400PAC Plus is an inverter-based, digital multi-function TIG welder that supports various welding processes, including stick electrode welding, DC constant current TIG welding, DC pulse TIG welding, AC constant current TIG welding, and AC pulse TIG welding. It is designed for high-quality welding of a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper, titanium, and nickel-based alloys.

As the welding events officially begin, Aotai staff will be on standby throughout the competition, working closely with judges and participants to ensure the smooth progress of the event.

After three days of thrilling competition, the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition of the People's Republic of China successfully concluded on the evening of September 23. The event showcased an extraordinary level of skill competition, allowing us to once again appreciate the charm of model worker spirit, labor spirit, and craftsmanship spirit. It also highlighted the rich achievements in the development of high-quality skills and the cultivation of skilled talent in the country.

On the evening of the 23rd, the closing ceremony was held at the Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium. Guests, including the China Skills Award winners, model workers, national technical experts, World Skills champions, and representatives from competition partners, presented awards to the 348 winners of gold, silver, and bronze medals.

From the preparation to the start of the competition, Aotai staff demonstrated remarkable teamwork and a professional, meticulous, and patient service mindset. The exceptional performance of Aotai products was also showcased during the competition, ensuring that participants completed the welding events efficiently and smoothly.

This year's competition has successfully come to a close. The National Vocational Skills Competition has become one of the key initiatives driving economic and social development.
